We will send you a booking form to fill in via email after confirming that what you are selling is suitable for the fair.

Payment instructions
Stalls are £25 per 6ft space – (this is enough space for 1 x 6ft table plus a rail).  We can provide 4ft tables at the venue so please let us know a week in advance if you require one of these or you can bring your own table

If you are unable to send this word document back you can copy and paste the text into an email.
You can either make payment by PayPal or directly into Bank account no: 73068292 Sort Code: 60-15-55 online or through any High Street Branch of Nat West:  Payment must reach us at least 14 days prior to the event.  Please use your name as reference to save confusion, we won’t be able to reserve your stall if we don’t know who’s the payment is.
PayPal payment MUST be sent as ‘personal payment owed’ to tracy_affleck@hotmail.com.   
PayPal is offered as a convenience to online sellers who have funds in their PayPal accounts.  Sending over as a personal payment means we get the full amount however if you’re paying on a credit card they may charge you a small fee.
Once confirmed you will receive the stallholder information mail out. This will arrive at least 10 days before the event. If you have not received it please email us as it contains all the important info you need. If we’re not saved into your email contacts it can sometimes go into your spam filter so please check this.

Terms and Conditions of Booking

You must read and accept our terms before booking. By completing booking you agree to these terms:
1.           We must receive your approved booking and payment in order to secure your stall. Even though you may have been approved your stall is not confirmed without payment.
2.           The stall fee is non refundable if you cancel your stall for whatever reason.
3.           The organiser bears no liability for loss, damage or theft of items.
4.           You are responsible for your own property and safety at our events.
5.           Any electrical equipment must be PAT tested. It is your responsibility to check this before using any equipment at the fair.
6.           The positioning of stalls is down to the organiser.
7.           Stall holders must arrive no later than 1 hour before set up.
8.           Stalls must not pack up or prepare to leave before the closing time of the event.
9.           In the interest of health and safety walkways and fire exits must be kept clear at all times during the event.
10.        In the event of a cancellation by the venue or otherwise Polly’s Vintage Jolly will refund stall monies in full.
11.         The sale of food is not permitted from your stall. We have specialist stalls taking care of refreshments.
12.        Please leave your stall area as you find it and take all rubbish, bags & coat hangers with you after the event.
13.        The Vintage Fair shall be under no liability for delay or failure to provide the services as a result of any act or circumstances beyond reasonable control including but not limited to, Act of God, legislation, injury, terrorism, war, fire, failure of power supply, bad weather conditions, lock out or strike.
14.        It is your responsibility to ensure you have all the relevant information/stallholder information.
